Justine is particularly interested in issues related to self-concept, trauma and attachment. She is passionate about the ways in which the nervous system impacts mental health and wellbeing; and as such, offers tools that allow us to work with our bodies to find balance.
With empathic understanding, curiosity and openness, Justine welcomes tuning into the wisdom that both the mind and body hold.
